Elk Tenderloin, two tenderloins

Elk meat is very lean, dense, and delicious! The tenderloins come as two pieces per package and each tenderloin is about one pound, serving two people. Marinate for a few hours, then cook in a pan just until rare. Excellent served with a wine / Demi-glace reduction.

Ships fresh, but can be frozen.

Use within a week for fresh product, 12 months if frozen.
