White Wine / Bubbles Cheese Collection

Four cheeses that pair nicely with white wine or bubbles. Perfect for a warm day or picnic. Collection includes three pounds of cheese including Fleur Verte (fresh chevre with herbs and pink peppercorns, from France), Challerhocker (firm, Alpine style, raw cow's milk) Domaine du Vallage (triple cream, cow's milk cheese from France) and Ossau-Iraty (semi-firm, nutty, sheep's milk, France Pyrenees).

Our cheese is ripened in temperature controlled cheese caves and the cheese is always cut and wrapped to order. Cheeses included in this collection are subject to availability. If necessary, we may replace cheeses with a comparable substitute.
