Red Wine Cheese Collection

Four cheeses that pair beautifully with a full bodied, fruit forward red wine. Perfect for a party or to enjoy one plate at a time. Collection includes three pounds of cheese including Nine Year Aged Cheddar (super sharp cow's milk, Wisconsin), Challerhocker (firm, Alpine style, raw cow's milk), Drunken Goat: semi-firm wine soaked rind, goat's milk, Spain) and Saint Agur (creamy cow's milk blue cheese, France). properly stored, these cheeses will last for weeks.

Our cheese is ripened in temperature controlled cheese caves and the cheese is always cut and wrapped to order. Cheeses included in this collection are subject to availability. If necessary, we may replace cheeses with a comparable product.
