Spanish Cheese and Iberico Ham Collection

Our Spanish Cheese and Iberico Ham Collection Collection includes approximately 2.25 lbs of assorted Spanish cheese. Selection of cheese is based on current availability, typically PataCabra (firm and funky, washed rind, goat's milk), Idiazabal (firm and lightly smoked, sheep's milk), and Drunken Goat (semi-firm wine soaked rind, goat's milk). Package includes Marcona almonds (1 cup tub), 8 oz membrillo (quince paste), and 1.5 ounces Montaraz Unico Jamon Iberico de Bellota (four slices). Additional Iberico ham may be purchased separately and added to package.

Our cheese is ripened in temperature controlled cheese caves and the cheese is always cut and wrapped to order. Cheeses included in this collection are subject to availability. If necessary, we may replace cheeses with a comparable product.
