French Cheese Collection

Our French Cheese Collection includes approximately 3 lbs of four deliciously ripe French Cheeses. Selection is based on availability at time of order. Typically the cheeses included in this package are: Ossau-Iraty (firm sheep milk from the Basque region) Domaine du Village (triple crème bloomy rind, cow’s milk) Saint Agur (Double Cream cows milk blue, creamier and more buttery than Roquefort) and A goats milk cheese (varies depending on the season)

Our cheese is ripened in temperature controlled cheese caves and the cheese is always cut and wrapped to order. Cheeses included in this collection are subject to availability. If necessary, we may replace cheeses with a comparable product.
